Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, worksheets, forms, and other digital materials are generally nonrefundable once purchased or accessed, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
If you experience difficulty accessing your download, receive an incorrect file, or discover that a file is defective, please contact The Counselor Well so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement file or refund when warranted.

Courses, Trainings, and Educational Programs
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product or registration page, purchases of digital courses, trainings, workshops, continuing-education materials, and other educational programs are non-refundable once access to the content has been provided. Any course-specific cancellation or refund terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply.
Physical Products
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers should contact The Counselor Well before returning an item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
